How do I know how much I have to pay?

Prices are listed per item including VAT. Customers purchasing from a EU member state will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only.

How much does delivery cost?

We are specialised in delivering around the world, at very reasonable cost, and larger orders are shipped free of charge:

If your order is over €200 delivery is free in EU countries, Norway and Sweden. Orders over 150€ is free of delivery cost for Denmark.

For other orders not shipped free of charge the shipping costs are for parcels up to 5 Kg:

Tax free shopping for international orders?

If you place an order from a country inside EU, danish VAT will automatically be added.
If you place an order from a country outside EU, danish VAT will automatically be deducted.

Orders for delivery in EU, are inclusive Danish VAT 25%.
Please note that all the prices on our website are inclusive Danish VAT.

What if an item is not in stock?

You can see whether the product is available on each product page.
CREAKIDS only offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center
Please note that items in still your shopping basket are not yet reserved and may be purchased by other customers. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, contact us then we will let you know by e-mail when you can order it again.

Yes you can pick-up your order yourself. Just send us an E-mail or call us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you order before 4pm and pay via the online payment system, we will make sure your parcel is sent the following day. Delivery time is 2-3 working days outside Denmark and 1-2 working days in Denmark.

What happens if I am not home during the day?

No problem. You can always enter your work or a neighbour's address when placing your order. If you entered your own address and for whatever reason you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a card with which to collect your parcel from the post office.
Large parcels are usually delivered by courier. They leave a card in your letterbox if you are not at home. Then you just call them and arrange delivery..

Can I have a parcel sent as a present directly to someone else?

Of course! Simply enter the name and address of the lucky recipient when placing your order. You can also enter a personal message which we will print on a decorative card.
All orders from CREAKIDS are packaged in nice boxes. You can also chose to have the gift beautifully gift wrapped. Just enter this option when you finalize your order.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you notice that something is broken, the best thing to do is contact us within 24 hours:

Force majeure

CREAKIDS cannot be held liable for non-compliance with any obligations it may have with respect to the customer resulting from occurrences beyond its control. This includes any serious interruptions to CREAKIDS activities and/or stagnation of the logistics chain.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order at CREAKIDS online with your credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Maestro / JCB or Dankort). When completing your order, you can choose your preferred payment method.
Your payment is secured because CREAKIDS uses a secure internet connection - the so-called "Secure Socket Layer" protocol - online shopping with us is perfectly safe.

How can I redeem a gift or discount voucher?

Your gift or discount voucher contains a code you can add to your shopping basket while shopping at CREAKIDS. 

The amount of your voucher will be immediately deducted from you shopping basket.

Not happy? Money back!

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have at all times the right to return your order to us without explanation for a full refund. All such items must be returned unused within 30 days in the original packaging.
